HOUSING ASSISTANCE (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO 59 OF 1991)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Housing Assistance (Amendment) Act 1991.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Housing Assistance Act 1987.1  
   3.      Section 12 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (10) the definition of “relevant instrument” and substituting the following definition:“ ‘relevant instrument' means—
