MOTOR TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT (NO. 2) (NO 76 OF 1996)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Motor Traffic (Amendment) Act (No. 2) 1996.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Motor Traffic Act 1936.1  
   4.      Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection (1) the following definition:“ ‘road rescue fee' means a fee determined under section 217A for the purposes of section 14AA;”.  
   5.      After section 14 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:  
   6.      Section 209 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting after paragraph (2) (c) the following paragraph:
