POISONS AND DRUGS (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994 (NO 40 OF 1994)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Poisons and Drugs (Amendment) Act 1994.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Poisons and Drugs Act 1978.1  
   4.      After section 47Z of the Principal Act the following section in inserted:
