TAXATION (ADMINSTRATION) (AMENDMENT) ACT 1990 (NO 2 OF 1990)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Taxation (Administration) (Amendment) Act 1990.  
   2.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Taxation (Administration) Act 1987.1  
   3.      Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from the definitions of “Commissioner” and “Deputy Commissioner” in subsection (1) “Collections”.  
   4.      Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended—

   6.      Section 9 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   7.      Section 10 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   8.      Section 11 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting “working of each tax law” and substituting “exercise of the Commissioner's powers and functions”.
