WORKERS' COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) (NO 52 OF 1995)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

           Long Title

   1.      This Act may be cited as the Workers' Compensation (Amendment) Act 1995.  
   2.      This Act commences on the day on which it is notified in the Gazette.  
   3.      In this Act, “Principal Act” means the Workers' Compensation Act 1951.1  
   4.      The amendments to the Principal Act effected by this Act apply only in relation to professional sporting activity undertaken on or after the date of commencement of this Act.  
   5.      Section 6 of the Principal Act is amended—  
   6.      After section 10F of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
