An Ordinance to amend the Remand Centres Ordinance 1976

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Remand Centres (Amendment) Ordinance 1976.¹

Persons who may be detained

2. Section 15 of the Remand Centres Ordinance 1976² is amended by omitting from sub-section (3) “convicted” (wherever occurring).
