DRUGS OF DEPENDENCE REGULATIONS (NO. 14 OF 1993)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      Citation  
   3.      In these Regulations—“Act” means the Drugs of Dependence Act 1989.  
   4.      For the purposes of the definition of “drug of dependence” in section 4 of the Act, the substances specified in Schedule 3 are prescribed.  
   5.      For the purposes of the definition of “commercial quantity” in subsection 160 (1) of the Act—  
   6.      For the purposes of the definition of “traffickable quantity” in subsection 160 (1) of the Act—
