FAIR TRADING REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 37 OF 1997) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Fair Trading Regulations.  
3.   Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Fair Trading Regulations.
 Substitution

FAIR TRADING REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 37 OF 1997)

3.  Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:
 Codes of practice prescribed
"4.  For the purposes of section 34 of the Act, the following
approved codes of practice are prescribed:
         (a)     the Fitness Industry Code of Practice;
         (b)     the Crowd Marshals Industry Code of Practice.".
