Commencement
     These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the
Gazette.

Principal Regulations
     In these regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the
Fair Trading Regulations.

Citation
     Regulation 1 of the Principal Regulations is amended by adding at the end
"1995".

FAIR TRADING REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 9 OF 1999)

Codes of practice prescribed
     Regulation 4 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end the
following paragraph:
     "(g)     the Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Industry Code of
Practice.".
