     These regulations commence on the day they are notified in the
Gazette.

Regulations amended
     These regulations amend the Fair Trading Regulations
1995.

FAIR TRADING REGULATIONS AMENDMENT (1999 NO 27)

Codes of practice prescribed
     Regulation 4 is amended by adding at the end the following
paragraph:
     "(h)     the Retirement Villages Industry Code of
Practice.".
