LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 21 OF 1998) - REG 4

    Regulation 15B of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “remit the change of use charge for a consolidation or subdivision by an amount equal to 25% of the added value in relation to the” and substituting “remit the whole of the change of use charge for a”.
