LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 23 OF 1997)

1. Commencement  
2.   Regulation 13 of the Land (Planning and Environment) Regulations as amended by Subordinate Law No. 7 of 1997 is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) "may remit the change of use charge for the variation of a lease by an amount equal to 25% of the added value in relation to the variation" and substituting "may entirely remit the change of use charge for the variation of a lease".

Commencement

1.  (1)  This Regulation commences on the day on which it is
notified in the Gazette.
(2)  Regulation 2 commences as provided for by paragraph 184C (5)
        (a) of the Act.
