LAND (PLANNING AND ENVIRONMENT) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 7 OF 1995)

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Land (Planning and Environment) Regulations.  
3.   Regulation 21 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (2) (b).
