LANDLORD AND TENANT REGULATIONS (NO. 18 OF 1991) - TABLE OF PROVISIONS 1. Citation 2. These Regulations commence on the day on which section 10 of the Landlord and Tenant (Amendment) Act 1991 commences. 3. In these Regulations, "the Act" means the Landlord and Tenant Act 1949. 4. For the purposes of the definition of "prescribed period" in subsection 62AE (4) of the Act, a period of 30 days is prescribed where a real estate agent within the meaning of the Agents Act 1968 is acting for or on behalf of the lessor.
