1. Commencement  
2.   On 1 January 1997 the Liquor Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A set out in regulation 3 of Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996 had been amended--

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the Gazette.

2.  On 1 January 1997 the Liquor Regulations have effect as if regulation 3A set out in regulation 3 of Subordinate Law No. 19 of 1996 had been amended--
     (a)     by omitting from subregulation (1) "4 a.m." and
substituting "6 a.m."; and
     (b)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "4 a.m." and
substituting "6 a.m.".
