Commencement
     These Regulations commence on the day on which they are notified in the
Gazette.

Prescribed public places
     Regulation 11 of the Liquor Regulations is
amended--
         (a)     by omitting from subregulation (2) "30 December
1997" and "5 January 1998" and substituting "29 December
1998" and "4 January 1999" respectively; and
         (b)     by inserting after paragraph (3) (e) the following
paragraph:
     "(ea)     Wells Station Road;".
