LIQUOR REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 43 OF 1995) - REG 2

    (a)     by omitting from subregulation (2) “Monday 26 December 1994” and “Saturday 31 December 1994” and substituting “Tuesday 26 December 1995” and “Monday 1 January 1996” respectively; and

    (b)     by adding at the end the following subregulations:

“(6) For the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition of ‘prescribed public place' in subsection 84 (3) of the Act, so much of the area shown on the map in Schedule 2 as is—

        (a)     a public place; and

        (b)     within the area delineated by the heavy black line on that map;

is declared to be a public place to which section 84 of the Act applies.

“(7) The public place specified in subregulation (6) shall be taken to be a public place to which section 84 of the Act applies only during the period commencing at 3.00 p.m. on 1 December 1995 and ending at 9.00 a.m. on 2 December 1995.”.
