MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) (SOLICITORS' COSTS) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 2 OF 1998)

TABLE OF PROVISIONS

   1.      Commencement  
   2.      In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Solicitors' Costs) Regulations.  
   3.      Regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) “the amount referred to in Order 4, paragraph 6 (3) (a)” and substituting “the prescribed costs are the amount referred to in Order 3, paragraph 2 (a)”.  
   4.      Regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations is amended—
