2.   The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended--

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 July 1991.

MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) (FEES) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 15 OF 1991)

2.  The Schedule to the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) (Fees) Regulations is amended--
     (a)     by omitting item 1 and substituting the following
item:
"1     On filing of originating
process--

      
      

        (a)     under section 20 of the Act, or where the amount in
dispute does not exceed $10,000     

55.00

        (b)     where the amount in dispute exceeds
$10,000     

220.00";

     (b)     by omitting from column 3 of item 2 "0.55" and
"0.20" and substituting "0.60" and "0.25"
respectively;
     (c)     by omitting from column 3 of item 3 "5.00" and
substituting "5.50";
     (d)     by omitting from column 3 of items 4 and 5 "20.00"
and substituting "25.00";
     (e)     by omitting from column 3 of item 6 "5.00" and
substituting "5.50"; and
     (f)     by omitting from column 3 of item 7 "2,500.00" and
substituting "2,700.00".
