MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 19 OF 1989) - REG 1

Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is amended by omitting item 14 of the table set out in that regulation and substituting the following items:

1 March 1989 to and including 31 August 1989    

17.875

15

Any period after 31 August 1989    

20.75”.
