MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) REGULATIONS(AMENDMENT) (NO. 28 OF 1995)

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations.  
3.   Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "subsection 227B (2)" and substituting "subsection 231 (2)".  
4.   Regulation 4 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "subsection 278AY (1)" and substituting "subsection 339 (1)".  
5.   Regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "paragraph 287BG (1) (b)" and substituting "paragraph 347 (1) (b)".

Commencement

1.  These Regulations commence on 1 August 1995.
