Prescribed interest rates

Regulation 3 of the Magistrates Court (Civil Jurisdiction) Regulations is
amended by omitting item 13 of the table set out in that regulation and
substituting the following items:
"13     1 March 1988 to and including 28 February 1989          16.125
14     Any period after 28 February 1989          17.875".
