MAGISTRATES COURT RULES (AMENDMENT) (NO. 16 OF 1989) 

- TABLE OF PROVISIONS

1. Commencement  
2.   In these Rules, "Principal Rules" means the Magistrates Court Rules.   
3.   Rule 68 of the Principal Rules is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "$2.00" and substituting "$7.50".  
4.   The Second Schedule to the Principal Rules is amended by inserting the following item before Item 2:

1.  These Rules commence on 1 July 1989.
