MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 28 OF 1998) - REG 2 Principal Regulations In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Motor Traffic Regulations. MOTOR TRAFFIC REGULATIONS (AMENDMENT) (NO. 28 OF 1998) - REG 3 Prescribed offences, penalties and demerit points Regulation 32 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (9) "Part V" and substituting "Part IV".
