3.   Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:

Principal Regulations

1.  In these Regulations, "Principal Regulations" means the Taxi and Private Hire Car Regulations.

2.  Regulation 24 of the Principal Regulations is amended--
     (a)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) "$2.00" and
substituting "$2.20";
     (b)     by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "$1.50" and
substituting "$1.60";
     (c)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (a) "65 cents" and
substituting "70 cents";
     (d)     by omitting from paragraph (3) (b) "48.75 cents"
and substituting "52.50 cents";
     (e)     by omitting from paragraph (4) (c) "75 cents" and
substituting "81 cents";
     (f)     by omitting from paragraph (4) (d) "56.25 cents"
and substituting "60.75 cents"; and
     (g)     by omitting from subregulation (6) "$17.50" and
substituting "$18.60".
