VOCATIONAL TRAINING REGULATIONS (NO. 20 OF 1989) - REG 7

7. For the purposes of paragraph 62 (1) (b) of the Act, in relation to each trainee with whom an employer has entered into a contract of training, the following documents are prescribed:

(a) a record of the name, residential address and date of birth of the trainee;

(b) a record of the approved training program that is being undertaken by the trainee;
