APPROPRIATION ACT 1990-91 - SECT 11 11. If a trust account to be known as the Tourism Trust Account is established by or under a law of the Territory before 1 July 1991, this Act has effect, and is to be taken at all times to have had effect, as if for subdivisions 1 and 2 of division 170 in Part II of the Schedule there were substituted the following subdivisions:
