APPROPRIATION ACT 1995-96 - SECT 11 11. If a trust account to be known as the Auditor-General's Trust Account is established by or under a law of the Territory before 1 July 1996, this Act has effect, and is to be taken at all times to have had effect, as if for subdivision 1 of division 30 in Part II of the Schedule there were substituted the following subdivision:
