7. Section 17 of the Financial Management Act 1996 applies to all appropriations under subsections 5 (1) and (2) of this Act except the appropriations to the following departments and appropriation units:

(a) Legislative Assembly Secretariat;

(b) Auditor-General;

(d) Central Financing Unit;

(e) ACT Superannuation Provision;

(f) InTACT;

(g) ACTION;

(h) ACT Forests.
