FOOD ACT 1992 (REPEALED) - SECT 49

Compliance with notices

A licensee to whom—

        (a)     an improvement notice; or

        (b)     a prohibition notice;

has been given shall not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with the requirements of the relevant notice.

Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units, imprisonment for 1 year or both.
