MAGISTRATES COURT (CIVIL JURISDICTION) ACT 1982 (REPEALED) - SECT 4

    Subject to section 202, this Act applies in relation to all proceedings instituted in the court after the commencement of this Act, other than—

        (a)     proceedings under the Protection Orders Act 2001 ; and

        (b)     proceedings under the Workers Compensation Act 1951 ; and

        (c)     proceedings on an information in respect of the alleged commission of an offence against a law in force in the ACT.
