MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 11D

Special probationary driving licence—contravention of conditions

    A special licensee shall not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a condition to which the licence is subject.

Penalty: 50 penalty units or imprisonment for 6 months, or both.
