Australian Capital Territory Repealed Acts

This legislation has been repealed.

MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 12

    Before:

        (a)     the registration or the renewal of registration of any motor vehicle or trailer;

        (b)     the grant or renewal of a licence or of a learner licence receipt;

        (ba)     the extension of a provisional or probationary licence; or

        (c)     the examination or inspection of a vehicle;

payment shall be made to the Territory of the determined fee.
