MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 163M

Covering of parking meters

    A person shall not permit a motor vehicle or trailer to stand or be parked upon a designated parking place in or near which a parking meter is installed if the parking meter is, with the authority of the Minister, fitted with a parking meter hood bearing the words, “NO PARKING”.
