MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 171A

Unauthorised use of “L” and “P” plates

(1)     A person, other than a learner, shall not, on a public street, drive a motor vehicle on which there is displayed a sign that resembles, or can reasonably be mistaken for, a sign referred to in paragraph 7A (8) (b).

(2)     A person, other than a person referred to in subsection 7B (21) or (22), shall not, on a public street, drive a motor vehicle on which there is displayed a sign that resembles, or can reasonably be mistaken for, a sign referred to in subsection 7B (21).
