MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 180

Production of licence in court

    Any licensed driver charged with an offence against this Act shall produce his or her licence to drive a motor vehicle to the Court at the time of hearing, and, if without reasonable cause he or she fails to do so, he or she shall be guilty of an offence.
