MOTOR TRAFFIC ACT 1936 (REPEALED) - SECT 191N

Quashing of conviction

    A disqualification from holding a driving licence imposed by force of, or under, a law of the Territory because of a conviction of an offence ceases to have effect if the conviction is quashed or set aside.
