The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Australian Research Council

Amendment Act 2013.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day after this Act receives the Royal

Assent.

3 Schedule(s)

Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
11
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule
12
2 Australian Research Council Amendment Bill 2013 No. , 2013
concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect

according to its terms.

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(n) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2013--$883,959,000;

and

(o) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2014--$853,110,000;

and
12
(p) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2015--$783,253,000;
13
and
14
(q) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2016--$716,205,000.
