The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act may be cited as the Australian Research Council

Amendment Act (No. 2) 2010.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day this Act receives the Royal
8
Assent.

3 Schedule(s)

Each Act that is specified in a Schedule to this Act is amended or
11
repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule
12
2 Australian Research Council Amendment Bill (No. 2) 2010 No. , 2010
concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this Act has effect

according to its terms.

Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:

(k) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2010--$708,732,000;

and

(l) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2011--$783,507,000;

and
12
(m) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2012--$817,886,000;
13
and
14
(n) for the financial year starting on 1 July 2013--$795,613,000.
