The Parliament of Australia enacts:

1 Short title

This Act is the
Sex Discrimination Amendment (Prohibiting All

Sexual Harassment) Act 2021
.

2 Commencement

(1) Each provision of this Act specified in column 1 of the table
8
commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with
9
column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect
10
according to its terms.

(22) The prescribed provisions of Division 3 of Part II have effect in

relation to sexual harassment by:

(a) a member of a registered organisation; or

of another member of the organisation, or of a person who is

seeking to become a member of the organisation.

(23) The prescribed provisions of Division 3 of Part II have effect in
20
relation to acts done:

(a) in the course of performing any function, or exercising any
22
power, under a Commonwealth law or for the purposes of a
23
Commonwealth program; or
24
(b) in the course of carrying out any other responsibility for the
25
administration of a Commonwealth law or the conduct of a
26
Commonwealth program.
