as Usual (EEO)" - omit "$12,481,390.19", substitute "$13,159,667.19" to correct a
transcription error in the Explanatory Memorandum.

Table item "Total Cost per Cycle" in column "Option One - Business as Usual (EEO)" -
omit "$85,323,524.30", substitute "$88,714,909.30" to correct a transcription error in the
Explanatory Memorandum.
