Item 338

Omit `removal of non-citizens', substitute `removal of unlawful non-citizens'.

Item 339

Heading - omit `Item 339 - Paragraph 486C(3A)', substitute `Item 339 - Subsection
486C(3A)'.

Omit `paragraph 486C(3A)', substitute `subsection 486C(3A)'.

Item 348

Omit `to ensure the non-disclosure of certain information in circumstances that might
undermine, prejudice or pre-empt consideration of the matter by the Federal Court or the
Federal Magistrates Court', substitute `under subsection 503C(3)'.

Schedule 3 - Contingent amendments
