OUTLINE

This amendment removes Schedule 2 (Search and Seizure) from the Bill.


Financial impact (total resourcing):

This amendment negates the financial impact that Schedule 2 of the Bill would
have otherwise provided.


NOTES ON CLAUSES

Clause 1 removes the reference to Schedule 2 in the table setting out the
commencement information in regard to the measures contained in the Bill.

Clause 2 omits Schedule 2 from the Bill.
