Further Amendments to be Moved on Behalf of the Government to Amendments Agreed in the Senate

NOTES ON AMENDMENTS

Amendment 1 – amends Senate amendment (27) [proposed heading to column 3 of the table in Schedule 1]

Amendment 2 – amends Senate amendment (31) [proposed heading to column 3 of item 1 of the table in Schedule 2]

These two amendments clarify that the Deposited Plans for the lands mentioned in Schedules 1 and 2 are lodged under the relevant law of New South Wales. The Conveyancing Act 1919 is not the only relevant State law. Other legislation, including the Real Property Act 1900, may also be relevant.
