CORRECTION TO THE SUPPLEMENTARY EXPLANATORY MEMORANDUM

NOTES ON CLAUSES

The purpose of the correction to the Supplementary Explanatory Memorandum is to state that the provisions in Amendment 1 of the Transport Safety Investigation (Consequential Amendments) Bill 2002 will be inserted into the Air Navigation Act 1920 as a new Part 3B, rather than as Part 3A.
