ACIS ADMINISTRATION ACT 1999 - SECT 59

                   When the Secretary has worked out the unmodulated investment credit in relation to each ACP, AMTP and ASP and a particular quarter in an ACIS Stage, in respect of eligible investments, the Secretary must modulate each unmodulated investment credit to work out the modulated investment credit to be issued to each ACP, AMTP or ASP, as the case requires.
