AIRCRAFT NOISE LEVY COLLECTION ACT 1995 - SECT 19

                   A Commonwealth authority may:

                     (a)  enter into, and give effect to, an agreement under this Act; or

                     (b)  exercise a power delegated under this Act;

whether or not the authority's powers and functions (apart from this section) include matters covered by the agreement or delegation.
