COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905 - SECT 1

Short title and commencement [see Note 1]

                   This Act may be cited as the Commerce (Trade Descriptions) Act 1905 and shall commence on a day to be fixed by proclamation not being earlier than six months after the passing of this Act.
