COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 - SECT 187
Compulsory notification of transactions
Section 26 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in
subsection (2) "(other than a non-trading company)" after "Australian
corporation" (twice occurring).
