COMMONWEALTH FUNCTIONS (STATUTES REVIEW) ACT 1981 - SECT 209
Section 5A of the Principal Act is repealed and the following section is
substituted:
5A Application of Act
This Act applies both within and outside Australia and extends to every
external Territory.
